Minnie Fu is a partner at Jackson Lewis P.C. in Washington, D.C., and co-leader of the International Employment practice group. With 30 years of experience, she specializes in obtaining employment-based visas and advising employers on compliance with U.S. immigration laws.
She has developed corporate immigration policies, assessed the impact of mergers and acquisitions on legal compliance, and published articles on visa options for U.S. investments. Additionally, she has been a speaker at corporate immigration seminars.
A native speaker of Mandarin and Taiwanese, she is also fluent in English. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, Who's Who Legal, and Legal 500 USA. She participates in pro bono programs with the Fairfax County Bar Association.
